Event Cancellation Protection

Klix events are integrated with ProtectIt .  In case of an unexpected event cancellation, your ticket holders complete a secure online refund form which enables ProtectIt to process refunds directly.  Additionally, purchasers have the option of adding ProtectIt Refund assurance for a small fee to receive a direct refund if they are unable to attend (including for COVID 19) .

No Reserves for Funding
Many event platforms hold some or all of your funds for up to 2 weeks after your event. We understand ticket sale income is necessary to put on a successful event in many cases so there is no hold back.
